Privacy Policy.

Controller

Oppero, Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware (US) with operations in Guadalajara, Mexico (Oppero, Inc. · Delaware · Guadalajara), is responsible for processing your personal data.

Data we collect

  • Demo form: name, work email, company, role, country, company size, industry, the message you write, and suite of interest.
  • Account and access (application): email and authentication identity, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk), with email and password or with Google.
  • Onboarding: invitation code and email address.
  • Technical: theme and language preferences stored in your browser (not sent to us) and standard server logs (IP address, timestamp) from our hosting.

Purposes

We process your data to respond to your demo request and assess fit with our ideal-customer profile; to provide and secure the application for customers; and to prevent abuse (rate limiting).

Processors (third parties that process data for us)

  • Resend: sending the email with your demo request.
  • Clerk: authentication for application accounts.
  • Vercel: hosting, functions, and access logs.
  • Upstash: rate limiting, when enabled.

Some of these processors operate in the United States, so your data may be transferred to and stored there.

Cookies and storage

The public site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools. We only store your theme and language preferences in your browser's local storage. The application uses Clerk's authentication cookies, strictly necessary to sign in. See our Cookie Policy.

Retention

We keep your demo-request data only as long as needed to evaluate and respond to it. Account data is kept for the duration of the customer relationship. (The exact retention period for demo leads is pending formal definition.)

Your rights

For Mexican users, under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) you have the rights to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to the processing of your data (ARCO rights), and to withdraw consent. Users elsewhere have equivalent rights of access, rectification, and deletion. Exercise them by contacting us via the form at /demo.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures. In the application, each customer's data is kept tenant-isolated and never crosses between customers.
